kilns in the early stages of a burn

The production of locally produced charcoal is good for the environment. English charcoal does not need lighter fuel for starting so you won't have taints on the food. It burns hot and reaches temperature in 15 minutes.

It is light in weight and does not have to be transported across the world to get your BBQ up and running. It is also produced from coppiced woodland which helps keep our woodland habitats in great condition for wildlife.
